١. ما هو مشوار1. What Mishwar is
مشوار هو منصة تربط بين سائقين لديهم مقاعد فاضية في رحلة يقومون بها أصلاً، وركاب يسافرون على نفس المسار بين المدن في فلسطين. مشوار لا يملك مركبات ولا يوظّف سائقين ولا يقدّم خدمة النقل بنفسه — دوره فقط تسهيل التواصل بين المستخدمين.Mishwar is a marketplace that connects drivers who have spare seats on a trip they're already making with passengers travelling the same route between cities in Palestine. Mishwar does not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation itself — it only facilitates the connection between two users.
٢. حسابك2. Your account
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة (بحد أدنى: الاسم ورقم هاتف موثّق)، وأنت مسؤول عن حماية حسابك. يجب أن تكون بالسن القانونية اللازمة لإبرام هذه الاتفاقية في بلدك.You must provide accurate information (at minimum, a name and a verified phone number) and are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to legally enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
٣. الدفع والرصيد3. Payment and credits
الدفع مقابل الرحلة يتم مباشرة بين الراكب والسائق نقدًا وقت الرحلة — مشوار لا يعالج أو يحتفظ بأموال الرحلات. نشر رحلة مجاني تمامًا. عند قبول السائق لطلب حجز، يُخصم عمولة من رصيده. يتم شراء الرصيد بتحويل المبلغ لمشوار عبر وسيلة غير إلكترونية (تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية مدعومة) وتأكيده يدويًا من فريقنا — لا يوجد حاليًا دفع ببطاقة داخل التطبيق.Ride payment is made directly between passenger and driver, in cash, at the time of the ride — Mishwar does not process or hold ride payments. Posting a ride is free. When a driver accepts a booking, a commission is deducted from their credit balance. Credits are purchased by transferring funds to Mishwar through an offline method (bank transfer or a supported mobile wallet) and confirmed manually by our team — there is currently no in-app card payment.
٤. توثيق السائقين4. Driver verification
يمكن للسائق رفع صورة الهوية ومستندات المركبة للمراجعة. شارة "موثّق" تعني أن هذه المستندات راجعها فريقنا — وهي ليست ضمانًا لسجل قيادة السائق أو تأمينه أو سلوكه، وعلى الراكب استخدام تقديره الشخصي قبل الحجز.Drivers may submit ID and vehicle documents for review. A "verified" badge means those documents were reviewed by our team — it is not a guarantee of a driver's driving record, insurance, or conduct, and passengers should still use their own judgment before booking.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول5. Acceptable use
توافق على عدم مضايقة أو خداع أو التمييز ضد مستخدمين آخرين، وعدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني. يحق لنا تعليق أو حذف الحسابات المخالفة. يمكنك حظر أي مستخدم في أي وقت من إعدادات الخصوصية.You agree not to harass, defraud, or discriminate against other users, or to use the app for anything illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this. You can block another user at any time from your Privacy settings.
٦. المسؤولية6. Liability
مشوار ليس طرفًا في عملية النقل التي تتم عبر التطبيق، وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل مسؤولية تصرفات السائقين أو الركاب، أو الحوادث، أو التأخير، أو أي نزاع بين المستخدمين. الرحلات تتم على مسؤولية كل مستخدم الشخصية.Mishwar is not a party to the transportation arranged through the app and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for the conduct of drivers or passengers, accidents, delays, or disputes between users. Rides are undertaken at each user's own risk.
