رقم هاتفك (إلزامي)، اسمك، وإن اخترت إضافتها: بريدك الإلكتروني وعمرك وجنسك وصورتك الشخصية. إن كنت سائقًا: صور ومعلومات هويتك ومركبتك لأغراض التوثيق. موقعك، فقط أثناء فتح التطبيق، ويُستخدم لاقتراح وجهات قريبة ولتحديد نقطتي الانطلاق والوصول في مشوار سريع. رسائل المحادثة، سجل رحلاتك وحجوزاتك، حركات رصيدك، والتقييمات التي تعطيها أو تتلقاها.Your phone number (required), name, and — only if you choose to add them — email, age, gender, and a profile photo. If you drive, your ID and vehicle photos and details for verification. Your location, only while the app is open in the foreground, used to suggest nearby destinations and for Quick Ride pickup/drop-off. Messages you send in chat, your ride and booking history, credit transactions, and ratings you give or receive.

الطرف الآخر في الحجز يستطيع رؤية اسمك وصورتك وتقييمك، وإن كنت سائقًا: حالة توثيقك وتفاصيل مركبتك. رقم هاتفك لا يظهر مباشرة في واجهة التطبيق — التواصل لتنسيق الرحلة يتم عبر المحادثة داخل التطبيق.The other party in a booking can see your name, profile photo, and rating, and — for a driver — their verification status and vehicle details. Your phone number is not shown directly in the app interface; coordinating a ride happens through in-app chat.

تستضيف Supabase قاعدة بياناتنا ونظام تسجيل الدخول وتخزين الملفات (سياسة خصوصية Supabase). توصل Twilio رموز التحقق عبر SMS/واتساب لتوثيق رقم هاتفك (سياسة خصوصية Twilio). إن اخترت تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple، فهما من يتوليان خطوة المصادقة تلك وفق سياستيهما الخاصتين. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي معلن، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليل أو تتبع إعلاني من جهات خارجية في هذا التطبيق.Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase privacy policy). Twilio delivers the SMS/WhatsApp codes used to verify your phone number (Twilio privacy policy). If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, they handle that authentication step under their own policies. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don't use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking in this app.

يمكنك تعديل معلومات ملفك الشخصي، وحظر أي مستخدم وإلغاء حظره لاحقًا، كل ذلك من داخل التطبيق. يمكنك أيضًا طلب حذف حسابك مباشرة من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← الخصوصية)، أو بالتواصل مع فريق الدعم لدينا.You can edit your profile information, block another user, and unblock them later, all from within the app. You can also request deletion of your account directly in-app (Profile → Privacy), or by contacting our support team.

لا نصل لموقعك إلا أثناء فتح التطبيق فعليًا — أبدًا في الخلفية — وفقط لتشغيل الميزات التي تستخدمها فعليًا (الوجهات القريبة، مشوار سريع). نحن لا نتتبع أو نخزّن سجلًا لتحركاتك.We only ever access your location while the app is open and in the foreground — never in the background — and only to power features you're actively using (nearby destinations, Quick Ride). We do not track or store a history of your movements.

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما بقي حسابك نشطًا. عند طلب حذف الحساب، نقوم بإخفاء هويتك — إزالة اسمك وصورتك ووثائق التوثيق وغيرها من المعلومات الشخصية — بدلاً من حذف السجل بالكامل، لأن رحلاتك وحجوزاتك وتقييماتك قد تكون مرتبطة بسجلات مستخدمين آخرين لا يمكننا حذفها من طرف واحد. لا يمكن حذف الحساب إن كان لديك التزام نشط (رحلة مجدولة أو قيد التنفيذ، أو حجز معلّق أو مقبول) — يجب إنهاؤه أو إلغاؤه أولاً.We keep your account data for as long as your account stays active. When you request account deletion, we anonymize your identity — removing your name, photo, verification documents, and other personal details — rather than deleting the record outright, because your rides, bookings, and ratings can be linked to other users' own records that we can't unilaterally erase. Deletion is blocked while you have an active commitment (a scheduled or in-progress ride, or a pending/accepted booking) — that must be finished or cancelled first.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال8. Children's privacy
مشوار غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٦ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك زوّدنا ببياناته الشخصية، تواصل معنا لحذفها.Mishwar is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

تُنقل بياناتك مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) بين التطبيق وخوادمنا. وثائق توثيق السائقين (صور الهوية والمركبة) تُخزَّن في مساحة تخزين خاصة لا يصل إليها إلا صاحب الحساب أو فريق الإدارة، وليست عامة. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نصمم وصول البيانات على مبدأ "أقل صلاحية ممكنة" في كل مكان بالتطبيق.Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers. Driver verification documents (ID and vehicle photos) are stored in a private location only the account owner or our admin team can access — never public. No system is 100% secure, but we design data access on a least-privilege basis throughout the app.
